The Canadian Cowboy Mounted Shooters Association is growing and becoming THE HOT equestrian sport. Mounted Shooters use two .45 caliber single action revolvers loaded with 5 rounds each of special black powder blanks.

Do I need a firearms license to do mounted shooting?
Yes you do. You need a Firearms Acquisition License AND a Restricted License (PAL) for the .45LC’s used.
